These are the selected five 30-second commercials finalists sent in by consumers. Doritos brand picked one and the public pick the other.
The creative filmmaker whose ad wins the public vote could win $1 million and work with director Michael Bay on “Transformers 4.” (Hence, the contest’s subtitle, “Director’s Cut.”) The one condition is that the ad lands at the No. 1 spot on the USA Today Ad Meter. Of the finalists, four creators are from California and one is from Georgia. They already received $25,000 and a trip to the game in New Orleans.
